Prolog Fulfilment operates from 3 sites in the UK employing over 300 FTE and circa 30 to 60 heads on short term contracts at any one time.
Prolog required immediate, short term support both on a strategic and practical level with its HR functions.
Tarnya joined Prolog Fulfilment Ltd at short notice as an Interim Head of HR and very quickly understood the needs of the business.
Her role included providing strategic, operational and project support.

In addition to the above, voluntarily provided by Tarnya, she has been helping a member of staff in our HR Department with her development with specific support on a course that she is taking.
