Retained Services

You will have your own dedicated CIPD qualified HR Consultant who takes the time to know and understand your business, your culture and way of working.

A Retained contract is initially for 12 months, whereafter it automatically continues on an ongoing basis with a 3-month termination clause.

There will be an annual price review on anniversary date (or if company increases staff significantly within the year).

All of our packages include the core services listed below.  These form our Bronze package.  Upgraded Silver, Gold and Platinum packages include dedicated time on or off site to support your business.

BRONZE PACKAGE (Core services):

  • Initial response to enquiries within 1 working day.

  • Audit and amendments to ensure compliance of current Contracts of employment, Employee Handbook, Policies & procedures – and if you don’t have them, we will provide them.

  • Monthly telephone, email, Zoom/Teams advice and guidance on any employee matters.

  • Based on the information provided, you will be provided with pragmatic advice, which will be followed up in writing by email.

  • Legally compliant letters, forms, documents, templates as and when required.

  • Ongoing support and coaching of managers and HR team on how to handle employee related matters.

  • Update on changes to employment legislation

In addition to the Core Service, you can choose to have full, or half days dedicated to your business in our Silver, Gold and Platinum packages.  These can be used flexibly for a number of different services, for example, disciplinary investigations or hearings, training or mentoring, redundancy consultations, TUPE transfer consultations, HR Strategy meeting with the Board or anything else that your business needs.

For clients with more than 36 employees the core service includes 2 full, or 4 half days dedicated to your business.
