Debbie Johnston
Debbie is an independent HR Consultant and her business is called Tribal HR. Based in Essex, she has a Masters in HR Management from the University of Portsmouth, and has experience working for Money Brokers in London. As well as different types of private sector businesses, from professional services to not-for-profit Government bodies. She has managed her own Chartered HR Practice since November 2015.
Debbie has a real passion for being proactive, looking after clients the way they should be looked after, and treating them as she would like to be treated as a client of an outsourced professional solution. She says she is nerdy about cloud based HR software, taking away the admin time from employing staff. She wants to ensure things are done in in a commercial, clear, simple way – always putting the outcomes of the business owner first.
Joanna Tarabilda
Joanna is an independent HR Consultant and her business is called The HR Worx. Based in Staffordshire, she has a passion for helping people to overcome the fear factor of dealing with difficult situations and conversations. Ultimately, she can take care of their people related problems and ensure that they can focus on their business.
With over 20 years of managerial experience and more than 15 years within HR, her knowledge and experiences give her the ability to cover a wide spectrum of HR needs, with experience in both public and private sectors and industries.
Joanna works with clients in leisure, catering, criminal law and professional services, trades and maintenance and manufacturing and engineering. She can bespoke her service to each client’s needs, whether that is providing remote support through to having frequent presence within their business and acting as their HR Manager or Director.
