We are not a recruitment agency, but we do support clients with recruitment. You can pick and choose what support you need from the following:

• Advice on what the job role should be (included in the core service of a retained contract)

• Writing job descriptions and person specifications (the bit about qualifications, skills & experience)

• Drafting interview questions and tasks

• Advertising through online portals

• Short listing

• Conducting initial online interviews

• Attending interviews with you

• Drafting conditional offer letters and contracts of employment (included in the core service of a retained contract)

In addition, we are accredited to offer Thomas International PPA psychometric assessments and analysis against the job role and others in the team (if they have undergone a PPA) at an additional cost. These can also be used for teamwork and individual development.
